This Privacy Policy applies to all services provided by Exile 303. ExilePages (including exilepages.com and all hosted client subdomains) is an integrated managed platform and hosting network fully owned, operated, and maintained by Exile 303. It does not operate as an independent legal entity.
// 1. DATA COLLECTION & API METRICS
Exile 303 collects only necessary information required for website development, ExilePages sub-domain hosting, operational setup, maintenance, and invoicing.
- Information Collected: Names, business contact details, billing details, media assets, content files, social media profile links, and platform credentials provided by the Client.
- Public API Data Ingestion: For ExilePages creator decks and directories, Exile 303 fetches publicly available statistics (such as subscriber, follower, and view counts) via official platform APIs (including YouTube Data API and Twitch Helix API) to display automated channel metrics.
- Purpose: To fulfill contractual obligations, deliver custom development work, operate the ExilePages network, provide SLA support, and process transactions.
// 2. PROPRIETARY DATA PROTECTION & OFFLINE STORAGE
- Secure Offline Storage: All sensitive client proprietary assets, source code, access keys, and site backups are retained on secure, encrypted offline storage devices.
- No Selling of Data: Exile 303 never sells, rents, trades, or monetizes client data or public metric aggregates under any circumstances.
- Zero Third-Party Sharing: Client information is strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except where required for core service processing (e.g., payment processing, Cloudflare edge routing).
// 3. RETENTION & COMMUNICATIONS
- Data Retention: Following service offboarding or contract termination, project code, database records, and media files are archived in secure offline drives for legal and administrative compliance.
- Removal from Marketing: Upon termination of services, Client contact details will be immediately removed from non-essential communication lists.
// 4. ESSENTIAL COOKIES, SECURITY & EDGE CACHING
Exile 303 and ExilePages utilize Cloudflare for edge network delivery, bot detection, SSL security, and performance optimization. Cloudflare automatically sets strictly necessary cookies to verify legitimate users and protect hosted platforms.
These cookies are classified as strictly necessary under GDPR and ePrivacy regulations. They do not track personal identities or browsing history across third-party websites.
// 5. GOVERNING LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
